When placing a metarecord hold in the staff client there are checkboxes to select the desired formats and languages. These labels neither contain the relevant checkbox nor are they associated by id, so web browser do not associate them with the checkbox and the label can therefore not be used to control the checkbox. This is both an accessibility and a usability issue.
