Blake, I appreciate the commit message efforts and especially the signoffs!

Since there will be more work to address requests for both feature adjustments (I just added "expand the tree ONLY to preselected orgs and WS org" on library in-list filters, for instance) and fixes, you can feel free to hold off on that kind of thing so we don't have to redo it later, closer to merge time.
