Comment 4 for bug 1991801

We applied this to our production server, and it works great at refreshing the page when the PO is activated. However the byproduct is if you attempt to go to a PO with the focus on a line item (like clicking on Line item ID in Search, or clicking the link for the PO on an invoice line item) the page attempts to load over and over again. The PO header loads, but it constantly refreshes.

So I'm removing the pullrequest for right now so I can see if I can fix it. Input's definitely welcome if anyone has ideas.
