Evergreen 3.9 - BOOPAC
Chrome

The Reservations tab in Bootstrap is missing a page header, grid, and padding. This page should be styled similarly to the rest of My Account.

This is similar to the issue the Hold Groups page had in https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1950345

It also does not display correctly/consistently on smallish screens. A branch is forthcoming.
