Comment 9 for bug 1979570

I like that this makes (staff) users more cognizant of security -- while having permission-group-specific regex requirements for accounts would also be wonderful, this uses existing database functionality and interfaces to add some additional security. We would be interested in this for staff accounts, but not for patron accounts.
