It creates an new variable for 856 $n, and removes the code that was suppressing this field.
This also partially fixes LP1919359. The only reason I could think of for the variable that displays the combination 856 $z and $3 to be commented out was that if a record had both a $z and a $3, neither would display. So I also created a new variable for 856 $3. So if a record now has both $z and $3, the both display.
A todo item = there is still an issue with repeated subfield $z's.
