Bug Description

Evergreen 3.8
Chrome

In the Holdings Editor when creating a new item when you click on Item Notes the pop up is appearing at the very bottom of the page. It can't actually be used as only the top is visible. Scrolling on the page has no effect.

I am not seeing this but one of our catalogers was having the problem. I think it resolved when she cleared the catch

I'm confirming that I see similar behavior in version 3.8, but my screen is behaving a bit differently. I'll attempt to attach this video. In case it doesn't attach, what I'm observing is that clicking Item Notes is taking away my vertical scroll bar and hanging up the screen. I need to refresh the screen to return it to normal.

I need to amend my comment. I'm not sure if this is actually a separate bug. The vertical scroll disappeared when I did not first have holdings information entered, and I went directly to the Item Attributes tab. The same disappearing scroll bar happened to me when I clicked on the Item Alerts button. Once I created holdings, then went into the Item Attributes tab, I see similar behavior to Elaine's screen image. The Item Notes loaded towards the top of my screen. Attached is a new video. The only difference now is that I filled out all of the Holdings information prior to clicking on the Item Attribute tab. (Noting that I don't see the note I just applied after saving and going back into Add Note - not sure if I'm supposed to in this new interface. It's confusing.)

I retested, and I cannot recreate this bug. Even when I set the screen to different resolutions, it's responding as expected.

I was never able to recreate the bug when on of our catalogers experienced it. Luckily it cleared up for her when she cleared the cache. She may also have had to log out and back in. I don't think she has experienced it since then. At least, she hasn't reported it.
