Bug Description

Evergreen 3.8

When you click on Manage in the Alerts column in Item Status the pop up from the old holdings editor is used. This should be the same pop up for Item Alerts that appears in the new holdings editor.

Confirming in version 3.8 - and adding that the old screen is populating when selecting "Add" in the Item Status screen, also (not just Manage).

Changed in evergreen:
status: New → Confirmed
importance: Undecided → Medium

Isn't this because the Item Status interface is an AngularJS interface? When it gets rewritten for Angular it will use the new dialogs?

I'm looking at a 3.11 test system and item status uses /eg/staff/cat/item/search, so it is using the AngularJS interface.
