Comment 7 for bug 1910452

Here's a patch that adds the button I describe in my previous comment:

Also note that sites using 3rd-party catalogs can have no expectation of a read-only embedded Patron View tab. We have removed this tab locally for this reason. I would +1 removing it from standard EG as well, since it seems kind of confusing/frustrating.
