Delete selected on search templates deletes all templates with same name

Bug Description
Seen in 3.6.
If you create two different search templates that both use the same name, and then choose to Delete Selected, it will delete all templates with that same name. Theoretically those two templates could have been completely different, but since they shared the same name they were both deleted.
This would probably be exacerbated by the fact that the Template Name box retains the name of the last template I saved (even if it's now deleted). So I can see how it would be easy to recreate templates using the same name and then accidentally delete them all.
You'll also notice if you have two search templates with the same and you select one, they are both bolded as if they're in effect.
