Some other tweaks/questions:

* I moved both Use Checkdigit and Generate Barcodes to the bottom row of actions, since they are tightly linked.

* I added the ability to hide the 'Parts' column.

* One commit addresses Andrea's comments about holdings not getting properly refreshed after update in certain scenarios.

* Misc. bug fixes included

* I did not add the minus button just to the right of the Owning Lib shortname, since I was not sure of it's intentions: remove that specific call number, similar to the minus to the right of the Suffix column -- or remove all visible call numbers for that org unit. Wondering if we need the minus option at all here.
