Comment 22 for bug 1888723

At first I thought Jan's mockup was a little too sparse; but the more I compared it to the current versions, the more I liked it.

Since we don't use the generate barcode, I have no opinion about removing it here.

I am on the fence about the use check digit check box. If a library has a branch that doesn't use standard barcode format and others that do, would they need to be able to check and uncheck while adding barcodes?
