Monograph parts has Merge and Delete actions in the actions-for-selected-rows menu dropdown in the monograph parts grid. Does that help?

Please open a separate bug for any columns missing from the Holdings Maintenance grid.

Holdings view should be updated after edits -- I'll take a look at that.
