Need Add to Record Bucket from Item Status

Bug Description
In XUL, we were able to add to a record bucket from the Item Status list, as well as adding items to a Copy Bucket. Both were located under Actions for Catalogers.
In the Web client (3.1 and 3.4), the only option under Actions is to Add Items to Bucket. I would like to see Add to a Record Bucket added to the Actions list.
