Wishlist: Add records to PO/Selection List from Buckets

The workflow for adding records to POs and/or Selection Lists from within Evergreen takes many clicks and requires individually specifying the PO or List for each record you add.

If one of the menu options within record buckets allowed you to add selected records to PO/Selection list, you could then batch add records to your PO/List which could cut down on having to do so many steps per item.

In addition to streamlining adding records to the PO/List, it would allow staff without ACQ permissions to create a bucket of records that could then easily be converted to a PO by ACQ staff.

This would not be as awesome as the proposed enhancements in https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1428205, but it would be a good step toward making it easier to build POs within the client.
