Show required fields in EDI Account creation screen

Bug Description

It would be beneficial to see the required fields in the EDI Account creation screen. After entering all my information, I forgot to select a provider before saving. I got the green confirmation toast--which would be its own bug--but the account wasn't actually created. It would be helpful just to see from the outset which fields are required.

In 3.7 the Label, Provider, and Host fields have the red flag on the field to indicate required, however, if you leave the provider blank you get the appearance of it working as Tiffany describes without the account actually being created.

The Owner field doesn't show as required but if you leave it blank and try to create an account you get the red toast "Failed to create new EDI Account". The Owner field should have the red flag on the field to indicate that it's required.
