Bug Description
In the XUL client, you can look at a detail view of an item in Item Status, and by hovering your mouse over the Total Circs field, you get a small pop-up window showing circs broken down by year.
We seem to have lost that feature in the Web client. Our librarians find it convenient to get that information for weeding purposes without having to run a report.
We are on Evergreen 3.1.13.
