Bug Description

In 3.0.2:

When using the Item Status screen in 3.0, we are no longer able to hover over the Total Circs number and get a breakdown of circs by year that we had available in the xul client. This information is extremely helpful when weeding.

Confirmed this information is still missing in 3.1.

In addition to the weeding scenario Terran mentioned above, this information is also useful when making ad-hoc decisions to reorder an item that has been declared lost/damaged.

It appears that the underlying API call open-ils.pcrud.search.circbyyr.atomic contains the data needed, and we're already making that call in the UI in question.

We just need to display the data.

uib-tooltip or perhaps even uib-popover seem like good possibilities here.

Thanks for taking this on, Jeff. It would be great if your version is more noticeable than the XUL version was. Maybe a little icon next to the input that provides the tooltip or popover on focus?
