A few more small things
"Copy Circ Lib" and "Copy Owning Lib" should be "Item Circ Lib" and "Item Owning Lib".
Is there any reason to stick with "Lib" instead of using "Library"?
I think Org Unit should be "Check Out Library" (Even if the value that goes in is sometimes a system where the check out library is actually a branch I think it tells the user more than Org Unit does.)
I know that technically we're creating a new circ matrix match point but since we generally call them circulation policies and everywhere else in the interface does, I think the button should be "New Circulation Policy" not "New Circ Matrix Matchpoint". (It'll also be easier to document the new interface if there's consistent terminology.)
