The check boxes for "Renewal", "Reference", "Juvenile", and "Circulate" are confusing. There no visible way on the pop-up to tell if the value of the checkbox is No or Unset.
If you want to set "Renewal", "Reference", "Juvenile", and "Circulate" to No you have to check and then un-check the box which is not intuitive.
"Early Renewal Extends Due Date" always has a value of No when unchecked. If you click Unset for that option you can no longer save the circulation policy, since Unset isn't a valid option for that field.
