Change the Color of the Patron Expiration Date based on "about to expire" setting

This could possibly be done in conjunction with LP1726918. It would be nice to have the patron expiration date that appears in the sidebar of the patron record to change color based on the "Warn when patron account is about to expire" library setting.

A possible color option could be the bootstrap 'warn' color.

I didn't see this report before I submitted this patch idea that we're currently using in PINES:

I'm not sure what status to set the launchpad bug to.

When the patron pages get angularized, it would probably be better to use the bootstrap class instead of the custom CSS class that I used in bug 1849366, but as it works for the time being, I'll just mark this as a duplicate.
