Bug Description
Wishlist: Add message to patron summary bar when patron is due to expire. This builds upon the mechanism that creates the message that shows up on the patron alert screen
We added this in PINES a year or two ago and our staff likes having the reminder on the summary bar since they frequently click past the alert screen without reading it. See attached screenshot.
