Web Client Serials: Issuances marked claimed cannot be received

Bug Description
We are on web client 3.2.4.
I have found that you cannot receive an issuance that has been changed to claimed status. Once the issuance is marked claimed, it is no longer the pending issue that shows up in Quick Receive (as you would expect).
But, when you go to Manage Subscriptions > Manage Issues, if you highlight the claimed status issuance and right click or go to actions, Receive selected is grayed out, and if you try to receive it, a red “no symbol” appears over the selection.
In the XUL client, where you had to select the issuance you wanted to check-in from the drop-down list in Serials Batch Receive, claimed issuances showed up in the drop-down along with the expected ones, and staff could receive a claimed status item just as they would an expected status one (because being able to receive something you had requested to be sent to you would be expected).
