pingest.pl could use an option to specify which record attributes to reingest. An example use case would be the addition of a language to the config.coded_vavlue_map table. This new option would allow the administrator to run pingest.pl with the appropriate options to quickly ingest only the item_lang attribute on records.

This new option needs to be repeatable and store its values in an array so that more than one can be specified at once.
