Baskets: Items in certain statuses don't appear in basket

In 3.2.2 web staff client:

Items that aren't visible in the OPAC but visible in the staff client don't seem to be able to be added to baskets. For example, if an item is marked Damaged, I can see it in the client and check the box to add it to the basket, and the number of items in the basket is incremented, but then when I go to view the basket, it doesn't appear.

Since staff wish to be able to use the "Add Basket to Bucket" action, they should be able to add these selected items to baskets/buckets in order to do cleanup tasks.

Items that are visible in the OPAC, but not holdable, are also not viewable basket in either the staff client or OPAC. Both staff and patrons would want to be able to use the print and email functions for these titles

Evergreen 3.6 - Staff Client TPAC

This issue was reported today by one of our libraries. It appears to be opac invisibility of the title (either set directly in attached items, or inherited from the items' statuses or shelving locations) that prevents the items from being added to the basket.

If the title is not visible in the public catalog, it can't be added to a basket in the TPAC staff catalog.

I was not able to confirm Elaine's comment #1 about non-holdable items. I was able to add titles whose items are visible, but not holdable to a basket without an issue.

Note that this is not an issue in the Angular staff catalog. Titles are successfully added to baskets if they are opac invisible.

Marking this Won't Fix as it has been resolved in the Angular Staff Catalog and is not a relevant issue for the Bootstrap OPAC.
