Comment 5 for bug 1807998

I took a quick look at this just now. (The tag update email caught my eye.)

I made some edits to the db upgrade so it works, but I wonder if the funding_source_currency_type_fkey on acq.funding_source should cascade on update. It should probably remain a deferred constraint?
