Bug Description
EG 3.0.9
If the library setting Behind Desk Pickup Supported is set to true the xul client indicates in the patron summary if available holds are "Behind Desk". This is missing from the web client. See the attached image.
To reproduce - set Behind Desk Pickup Supported to true. Check Hold is Behind Circ Desk in a patron record. Place a item specific hold for the patron and check-in the item to place it on the hold shelf.

I can confirm the Web Client does not show Holds Behind Desk in the patron summary.
