856 url links not opening in the web client

Bug Description

It looks like located URIs that are not using https are having issues loading in the web pac.

For example if your located URI points to http://link.overdrive.com Chrome will complain that it's an unsafe script and block it. You can allow it on a per case basis, but it breaks https and Chrome will complain.

Hi Steve,

In what release are you seeing this? I fix was put into the most recent point release - see bug 1777954. Do you see this problem on a system with that fix or is it an older system?
