Webclient: Bib undelete does not change the active column to true

Bug Description

Web Client 3.0.8

If you undelete a bib in the webclient the active column in biblio.record_entry remains false.

In the xul client this column is changed to true when a bib is undeleted.

Possible relation to Remington's LP bug #1768122?

Still an issue in 3.2, the active column remains FALSE when undeleting a bib record in the web client. Marking Confirmed.

This, like bug 1845241, is caused by not using the https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1845241 API call to undelete the record
