Comment 2 for bug 1773417

After applying this branch, we are not able to add an empty volume. No matter what we do, the Save & Exit button is disabled/greyed out.

I've tried it from the Actions menu on the Holdings View and via clicking Add Volumes in the record view. It does not work for me in either case.
