catalog link in purchase order screen not linking correctly

Bug Description
This was resolved by clearing the browser history and cookies. Browser being used was Chrome.
Web Client
Clicking on ->catalog in the purchase order screen does not bring up the record. It goes through 3 different screens very quickly when retrieving the information. The first screen is the right one which shows the record, but what the user ends up getting is a search screen with the TCN# listed in the tab of said screen.
The user has to type in the TCN# in the search screen to retrieve record.
I'm unable to reproduce this in Evergreen master. Clicking on the ->catalog link for a PO lineitem takes me to the record detail page (e.g. https:/ /eg-dev/ eg/staff/ cat/catalog/ record/ 1)
