It goes through 3 different screens very quickly when retrieving the information. The first screen is the right one which shows the record, but what the user ends up getting is a search screen with the TCN# listed in the tab of said screen. The user has to type in the TCN# in the search screen to retrieve record. This was resolved by clearing the browser history and cookies. Browser being used was Chrome.
