Looking at the 3.12 demo server, I still see the three issues identified in my original report in the bootstrap catalog. I have not tested this in the Angular catalog, but if it's using Display Fields, I suspect it's an issue there.

Looking at record 28 after a search has been performed and clicking More Details - https://demo.evergreencatalog.com/eg/opac/record/28?query=beethoven;qtype=keyword;locg=1;detail_record_view=0

* I see Beethoven, Ludwig van, 1770-1827 listed twice because the subfield t is not displaying.
* For these subject headings - Overtures -- Analysis, appreciation
Concertos -- Analysis, appreciation
I can only click the full string to search for the entire heading. My expectation is that I could click "Overtures" if I didn't want to include Analysis, appreciation in my search terms.
* They hyphens are used as a separator instead of the >

If you remove the query parameters from the URL - https://demo.evergreencatalog.com/eg/opac/record/28- , we are no longer viewing subject headings generated through display fields. These headings display as expected. I miss those headings. They worked well and gave a visual cue that there is a hierarchy to the subject headings.
