Comment 4 for bug 1744386

I actually interpreted this bug to be about the contents of each stat cat dropdown, which I guess are technically the stat cat "entries". So I see two separate issues here:

1. As Jane showed in her images, the stat cats themselves are arranged in an unhelpful order. At my institution, the web client lists them in exactly opposite order compared with the XUL client, and neither order seems helpful. So I support Jane's branch to improve this.

2. I think Elaine's original report was about the stat cat entries within each dropdown. I can confirm they are not sorted in the web client. And even if that's not what she wanted, that is what I'd like to see.

To prevent this bug from getting confusing, I'll open a new ticket for sorting the entries.
