Comment 19 for bug 1736419

Ah, ok, so everyone here is testing with "act_as_copy" enabled, but without a truthy value set. The code in 3.0 looks for a truthy value, though. Looking back at the old query_parser_fts function, it was just checking to see if the "enabled" boolean was set to true. I have updated the above branch to do what the old code did, and ask that you test with that new change in place.
