Thanks, Mike! I have removed the needsdiscussion tag and put the signedoff tag back.

I'm going to wait to push this, or let someone else push it, to see if there's any more discussion about the command label. I think we can do that in a collab branch or just change it when it's committed to master if there seems to be a consensus around a different label.
