Confirmed Evergreen version 3.2.1

The behavior I see is a bit different, though. When attempting the pre-cat checkout, the item does not check out to the patron. So, a successful checkout doesn't appear to occur (Items Out count does not update either).

A note: in order for me to recreate this bug, the Library Setting had to be erroneously set for the org unit location (branch) or higher (system / consortium) for the checkout workstation.
