Yes, they are 2.12.2. They have also applied berick's branch from bug 1697029.
For my test servers, I am running master from a few weeks ago, so I should have it too.
After filing this bug, I did some searches of a couple of other EG catalogs on 2.12, and I was able to replicate the metarecord search issue on the C/W MARS training server and at Evergreen Indiana. Jason indicated C/W MARS is on 2.12.3.
