That is indeed the full log for the trace 1501410304144751966 on the failed "apple nest" search.
We have not been logging long-running queries on that server, but will get that turned on and capture more logs and look for associated queries.
Regarding the "NOTICE: text-search query contains only stop words or doesn't contain lexemes, ignored" entries, we see those for both successful and unsuccessful searches, and also saw them prior to our upgrade to 2.12.2, when the search delay problem started.
Kathy indicates she has not seen those messages on other servers she has tested that show the 70 second delay. I suspect those messages may be related to changes we made to add a synonym dictionary.
