Note 11/15: I've force-pushed an update for the importer for webstaff templates; it was essentially nonfunctional. I also changed it to append the imported templates rather than discarding your existing templates to match the XUL client importer. IMPORTANT: It still can't import XUL templates this way; you still need to import through whichever client you exported from.
