Hi Elaine, I should have been more specific in my testing notes; The import/export function does not work for this. It works completely silently in the background and if you have any kind of webstaff templates in place it ignores the old templates. To test you may have to export and import your existing templates through the XUL client, and then open the volume / copy editor in the web client for it to transfer them. If you would like to use the same test environment someone with database access will need to delete the webstaff template entries from your account first.
