Comment 7 for bug 1674364

I was unable to create a record in Concerto that has different 001 and 901c values, but I WAS able to confirm that this change does indeed put the ID into the image url instead of having a blank ID in the url, so I'm happy to sign off on it!

Without this change, the feed produced this image url (no image):

/opac/extras/ac/jacket/small/

And with the change, the feed produced this image url (image):

/opac/extras/ac/jacket/small/r/216
