Comment 10 for bug 1669120

Here's a branch for the simplest improvement (increase max-height to 400px to match column picker). I also think this is the best choice, since it matches the frequently used column picker. If the column picker ever does anything fancier for its height or position, then we should probably match it for other dropdowns. But until then, this seems a good solution.
