If I accidentally delete a field while not in the flat text editor, I don't believe there is any way to get those data back. This can be frustrating, and I usually end up needing to close the record and re-open it, losing any other changes I've made.
I have checked both the XUL client MARC Editor (2.9.1) and the Web client (on the Webby demo server), and couldn't find an undo feature in either one.
