Item form not properly indexed for OpenSearch

Fixed Fields values “space” or “|’ are not indexed for Item Form [008/23]

Need possible values “r”, “space”, “|”
"space" is the preferred value as this is the default and would not require any staff intervention

Building query in OpenSearch with these values [valid MARC values] does not retrieve them

This item is missing the "book" format icon, due to the "r" value in Item Form

In order for the book icon to display you need item_type(a,t) AND bib_level(a,c,d,m) and NOT item_form (a,b,c,d,f,o,q,r,s)

Adding "r" to item form was a workaround created to make the new items carousel work on Libpress.

Adding "r" to item form will remove the format icon from the OPAC. It does not affect the format filter though.
