Tested in 3.6.4 (Chrome), precat renewals and date due edits appear to behave as expected.

Testing steps:

1 - opened patron account with 2 existing precat circs (both with non-default circ mods applied)
2 - checked out cataloged item
3 - selected and renewed one precat circ
     3.1 - precat circ renewed according to circ mod as expected
     3.2 - no change to cataloged item circ
4 - selected and edited due date of other precat circ
     4.1 - precat circ due date updated as expected with supplied date
     4.2 - no change to cataloged item circ
5 - checked in cataloged circ
6 - Actions menu available for precat circs, both selecting a record and using the Actions menu, and by right clicking on a record
7 - both edit due date and renew functioned as expected, affecting only selected record
