Web Client: Navigation Buttons in Catalogue Not Working

Bug Description

Web Client

When searching the catalogue in the web client the navigation buttons "Start", "Previous", "Next", "End", and "Back to Results" do nothing when clicked.

The "Previous", "Next", and "Search Results" links lower down do work but are only appear on the OPAC View.

When working in the Holdings View if you want to move to the next result you currently have to switch back to the OPAC View, move to the next record, and then switch back to the Holdings View.

Looking at the screenshot, it appears that Jennifer wasn't using a registered workstation. We've found that workstation registration is required for navigation to work properly.

Setting this one to Invalid, but I'll also post a link to https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1467663 where we've discussed the need to require workstation registration, among some other things.
