In forthcoming Sprint 4 of Angular Acq (bug 1942220), users will be able to batch apply notes to selected or all line items in a Selection List or Purchase Order.
However, alerts will still need to be applied per line item.
Marking confirmed for alerts, and editing title accordingly.
