Hi Erica and Michele,

I can't reproduce this either but our libraries are seeing it. In the case today, the item was accidently scanned twice when it was received in transit causing the -1 status. I am wondering if the hold is canceled while in transit it causes this status. I will try to reproduce it again and see if I can get results.
