Comment 2 for bug 1510595

Being a system that runs a separate database server I'd like to +1 Galen's comment. Something that might work would be to be able to include a template from the database that defines these shared blocks using PROCESS either with a database id (not ideal) or template name. This way the opac could import the shared blocks the same way the in-db templates do and there's no need to worry about where any particular files are located. I don't know enough about TT2 at the moment to know whether or not this is a major undertaking or an impossible one.
